  Its a "Position"based Organization thats for sure!

  I was a Reg Pioneer for 2 Years and then appointed a Ms in the early 90,s.I thought i was quite a good one too imho.About 5/6 Years ago i was dangerously close to being an Elder..but though my Hours were good,my Weekend Ministry was pretty negligible.i always preferred a Lie-in to be honest

  The C/o pointed this out to me (being seen to take the lead blah blah...)and i remember thinking how silly the "Hours"arrangement was.It was another nail in my fading away......

  i found it to be a direct attack to 'apostates' in the internet.. can someone scan it and print it here in english?!

  How can we guard against being deceived by apostates? We "avoid them" by steering clear of their reasonings-whether in person, in printed form, or on the Internet. Why do we take such a stand? First, because God's Word directs us to do so, and we trust that Jehovah always has our best interests at heart.   i sent an email to my brother about a new truck i bought and got a reply about how the end of this system is so close and i should really return to jehovah.

  as far as going back to the meetings, no thanks.

  i've had my fill of having my life ran by a religion.

  In one episode last year, Borat sang an anti-Semitic song called "Throw the Jew Down the Well" at a U.S. country music bar, prompting protests from the U.S-based Anti-Defamation League.

  Funniest thing I've EVER seen, I do believe. And to think the anti-defamation league would protest it? Idiotic. Absolutely,cohen is of course Jewish .I actually think Borat is funnier than Ali-G. When he went on a Fox Hunt in England and came into contact with the protesters...that was hilarious... Borat:"We used to hunt Bears in Kazakhstan...but no more" Protestor:"well thats good you dont any more" Borat:"There are no Bears in Kazakhstan any more" Protestor:"thats a real shame" Borat:"Yessss...we shot them all..." Er,ok you had to watch it,but it was hilarious!I really hope they show this on Channel 4 soon.

  every january, they read the letter as to where you'll be "assigned" for the convention and then the our kingdom ministry will detail all the do's and don'ts to remember.

  this week in uk, there starts a new 6 week series to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the liberation of auschwitz.

  Names that end in mann like Lehmann can be german as well as jewish although they are likely to be jewish. And names like Berger you can't tell at all.

  Is this really important?Im struggling to see whatever point your trying to convey?Especially in relation to this particular topic.You really arent coming across in any favorable light .

  my parents used to relish in the whole physical punishment thing.

  i guess the question i'm trying to get at is, do you think wts promotes and encourages physical violence in the home?
